Shelly Grossman, Au.D., CCC-A

Audiologist

Dr. Grossman is well known to the Bismarck-Mandan area and is passionate about making an impact in the lives of those affected by hearing loss. Recognizing the need for a patient-centered audiology practice, Dr. Grossman founded Bismarck Hearing which prioritizes cutting-edge technology and individualized care. Her practice offers a wide range of services, including comprehensive hearing evaluations, fitting state-of-the-art hearing aids, hearing conservation and rehabilitation.

She completed her Bachelor of Science at Moorhead State University in 1993, Master of Science in Audiology at Minot State University in 1994 and Doctor of Audiology at A.T. Still University Arizona in 2007. She is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is licensed as an audiologist and hearing instrument specialist in North Dakota. She is also a member of the American Academy of Audiology, as well as the Academy of Doctors of Audiology.
Dr. Grossman is a Rugby, ND, native. She served patients in Minot, ND, from 1994-2000. She has been providing audiology services in the Bismarck-Mandan community since 2001. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, music, baking, photography, gardening and spending time with her husband, Kory, and their three children.

Dr. Grossman's warm and empathetic demeanor creates a welcoming environment for patients. She takes the time to listen to their concerns, addressing questions with care and patience, to understand the communication goals of each individual. Her genuine compassion for our patients and dedication to maintaining the highest standards of service make her an invaluable member of our team. Her greatest reward remains the ability to witness the joy and transformation in her patients' lives as they regain the gift of hearing.

Lisa Evanger

Office Manager

Lisa's dedication to excellence is evident in every aspect of her role at Bismarck Hearing. She has a passion for helping others and, as office manager, Lisa keeps the clinic running smoothly and strives to ensure our patients receive the best possible care and attention they deserve.

A North Dakota native, Lisa grew up on a farm by McClusky and graduated from Minot States University in 1993. She has over 25 years of office administration experience with the majority of those years in a medical setting. Lisa and her husband have three children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and being active in her church. Other personal interests include cooking, walking, biking, gardening, shopping and family vacations.
